State Police Rockville Barrack Enforcement for the Week of September 9th, 2019

The Maryland State Police Rockville Barrack continues to make our roadways safer for all motorist on our highways. Between September 9th, 2019 and September 15th, 2019, Troopers assigned to the Rockville Barrack made the following drunk driving arrests;

1. Lauren Helfrich, 29 years of age of Rockville
2. Julie Demarco, 44 years of age of Reston, VA
3. Caleb Manfo, 36 years of age of Gaithersburg
4. Otto Winter, 30 years of age of Pasadena
5. Ehud Ketchouang, 32 years of age of Potomac
6. Jeremiah Soto, 64 years of age of Woodbridge, VA

Troopers made the following criminal arrests;

1. Minki Kim, 33 years of age of Germantown, warrant service
2. Marco Guillen, 22 years of age of Rockville, warrant service
3. Gage McNeil, 21 years of age of Silver Spring, warrant service
4. Dake Williams, 29 years of age of Potomac, warrant service
5. Everardo Carmona-Garduno, 39 years of age of Frederick, warrant service
