1. Jeffery Obando, 30 years of age of Alexandria, VA

1. Lavel Anwar Scipio, 39 years of age of Gaithersburg

Troopers made the following criminal arrests;

1. Demont Samuels, 46 years of age of Baltimore, warrant service.

1. Kenneth Gerard Manning, 49 years of age of Glen Burnie, warrant service

1. Deon Elton Roberts, 42 years of age of Lanham, warrant service

1. Wilbe Macario Median Estrada, 23 years of age of Wheaton, warrant service

1. Jose Osvaldo Robles, 25 years of age of Germantown, warrant service

1. Courtney Carter, 31 years of age of Rockville, warrant service

1. Sean Stull, 29 years of age of Frederick, warrant service

1. Kent Joseph Green, 35 years of age of Rockville, warrant service
