- Darryl Blue, 22 years of age of Suitland, warrant service
- Rober Rohr, 25 years of age of Frederick, warrant service
- Alejandro Rivera, 22 years of age of Altoona, PA, warrant service
- Kenneth Johnson, 26 years of age of Gaithersburg, warrant service
- Alli Abdulla, 50 years of age of Cheltenham, warrant service
- Rolando Diaz, 28 years of age of Germantown, warrant service
