Rolex 24 at Daytona

Some great racing taking place Feb 5/6 at Daytona International Raceway.
I have actually been on track with one of the Prototypes. What an awesome experience it is to be passed by a car doing 175+ down the straight of VIR.

My mother's boss is going to run in that race. He just bought a brand new non-street legal pure race Porche to race. Last year, his transport truck (converted moving truck) turned over on 95 in Richmond totalling his car and another guy's car that was also in the truck. Hopefully this year he is NOT using a moving van as a transporter.

I used to work that race. It is alot of fun. The place to be is the infield!
