Roof Certification

Hey everyone. I'm doing a home refi, and I need to have my roof certified for 5 years. Does anyone know of someone who does this? Please let me know.

Have never heard of this requirement we refinanced our house in the last 12 -18 months and that never came up at all.

RPMDAD - I think it is a VA requirement.

Chasey - I've been calling around, and nobody will do a 5 year cert.

The VA should be able to recommend someone since they require it. I've never heard of that.
