We have 2 options:
1. 2nd floor bedroom room with attached full bath.
2. 2 finished rooms in basement (Living/bed room areas). Basement entrance.
Either option would allow access to main floor kitchen, 2nd floor bathroom, laundry, parking, etc.
We own a 20 acre horse farm in the Croom area, and have dogs which stay in our areas, and outdoor cats. Option to bring a horse for boarding, work off some rent helping with barn chores, etc. This is a NICE rural setting- 15 mins from both Upper Marlboro and Waldorf.
Available NOW and we are looking for someone to move in ASAP. Small pets OK. Non-smoker preferred, or must smoke outside. No drugs. Social drinker OK- no alcoholics.
Might even work out as a working student type opportunity.
