Rousby Hall Road - same thing?

Ok, I am feeling a little slow this morning....the current activity on the scanner is Rousby Hall Road - work with me here, is this the same thing as the drill? If it is, they sure had me hook, line and sinker!

What about the call into the 911 dispatcher about 15 minutes ago that sounded like it should not have been broadcast over the scanner? Again, work with me, I am a part time scanner listener....:shrug:

I believe it was a repeat. That is what initially caught my interest.

Looking at the baynet and scrolling through the pics of the drill yesterday, they did a good job of making the drill look real.

Mock Crash Drill

Yes, what you heard this morning was a mock drill. We do this every year just before prom time. We had to do two sessions due to size of the group of kids. We had to make the communications sound real because it was broadcasted over loud speakers at the school so all the kids can hear the communications. Sorry for the confussion but we did this on the county training frequency to help prevent any misconception in the real world that this was real.
