Friend just called me said traffic is stopped anybody know why?

Haven't heard anything unusual onthe scanner. The Highway Dept. guys are pretty talkative though. Some of the stuff they come out with has been cracking me up.

Last night, one guy calls and says his wipers broke. The other guys says "remember last time when that happened, don't end up in a ditch.... again".

I'll keep the volume up on the scanner....

I think I heard one of the plows lost his transmission, they may be towing it out, I think that's the area they said.
