Royal Farms Lexington Park

Wen to Royal Farms this evening. I was torn between Popeye's or Royal Farms. I decided to try Royal Farms. It was my first time there and most likely my last. The parking spaces are not wide enough for a full size vehicle. I had to order at the kiosk which I wasn't crazy about. I paid for my meal ( three piece chicken with fries or whatever they call them ). While I waited about ten minutes for my meal I was approached by a supposed homeless woman asking for money. I finally got my order and the woman serving me says everything is in the box. I get home and just chicken, no fries and the chicken was so so. KFC or Popeyes is definitely better. I'm done!

I love RF chicken but I also love Popeye's and KFC so I'm not going to try and talk you into giving them another chance.

I get pan handlers all the time going into popeyes too. They do usually give me an extra piece or two of chicken in my box.

235/Great Mills Road location--I had the crispy chicken salad twice this week--MMMMMM. No extra froufrou garbage in it like grapes or pecans--just good chicken, a bit of mayo, seasoning and fried chicken skin pieces. Paid an extra $1.49 for extra chicken salad. Good deal. Yesterday I stopped for lunch and had the pulled chicken sandwich--excellent as well. My go-to used to be Popeye's when they first came out with their fried chicken sandwich, but then they shunk the size of the chicken a great deal and haven't had it since.

Only been in one Royal Farms, up above Glen Burnie 5,6 yrs ago. It was horrible, everything was cold, chicken and fries, haven't been back to one tho my son swears by them. I found Popeyes to be average at best, their legs, wings always seemed undersized. I prefer KFC. For quick meals/sandwiches, I am happy with WaWa

Stopped at ROFO a bit ago, got a chicken slider, it wasn't bad. My pack of peanut M&Ms rang up higher than the price on the shelf though :(
