RT 2/4 S at Sweetwater Rd

OK, got past the accident.
There is an upside down garbage truck at the intersection for the Lusby Town Center. It isn't on Route 2/4, but the police are blocking the North bound lanes. There was a tow truck removing the back of the garbage truck there when I went through. The cab is still there and crushed on its roof. All northbound traffic was being diverted at S. Connector Rd to 247. North bound traffic was backed up to the Food Lion plaza. It didn't look like many cars were moving onto 247 from 2/4 North.
The bridge is still moving just fine, but I imagine it will back up soon as well.
