accident on route 4 just below waysons interchange - right shoulder right lane in front of a little strip mall

Must have been some accident -- I only saw 1 car and then about 6 police cars + two big box-like vehicles with flashy lights on light bars, and a bunch of cops in traffic vests standing around.

I heard that there was an accident on route 4 just below waysons interchange.

When I went by, it didn't look like an accident (or at least not a bad one), I didn't notice any visible dents. Seemed more of a rubbernecking slow down than anything else, though I could be wrong.
