Forgive me if I missed an existing thread on this but does anyone know more about this? I see the parking lines were repainted on the existing lot last weekend.
A coincidence? Who owns the lot now?

The Maryland Transit Administration (MTA) invites you to a Community Open House regarding the proposed Dunkirk Park & Ride facility. The MTA is proposing a 480-space Park & Ride facility in the Dunkirk Area in order to provide a permanent commuter parking facility and provide for future parking needs in the Dunkirk area of Calvert County for commuter and local transit.

At this meeting, you will be able to:

• Discuss with MTA representatives your
thoughts and suggestions for the project

I don't know who owns the lot. I was under the impression it was a rental deal. At any rate, there will be a different lot. Guess you'll just have to wait until after the meeting to find out where the new lot will be.
