Rubber Duck Race in Solomons

Does anyone know what time the Rubber Duck Race is in Solomons this weekend? Someone at work told me about it but was unsure of the time or day. Its to help raise money for something and its $5 a duck or $25 for 6 ducks to race from Solomons to Patuxent River Naval Base I think.

Will these fake ducks be fake swimming or fake flying? Thats a pretty long haul, so I hope they get to fly.
