WASHINGTON -- According to a poll released by AutoVantage, the nation's capital ranks No. 5 on the rude drivers list.

Miami topped the list for the second year in a row followed by New York, Boston and Los Angeles.

The poll found Pittsburg drivers to be among the most courteous. The Steel City was second only to Portland, Ore., among the nation's 25 largest metro areas.
