how does a gun manufacture go broke in this climate ..... you cannot keep guns and ammo on the shelves

When you are virtually all lever/bolt action, and people are arming up for CW Part Deux, you are almost selling knives at a gunfight. I could be mistaken, but the only semi-auto I see is a .22. I mean come the collapse, you should grab a few from the ruins to keep food on the table, but thats not what people are buying for now.

I'm a day late and a dollar short replying to this . (Anyone got a buck to spare?)

I'm kicking myself almost daily for not picking up a sweet Mos-Nag, in excellent shape, for $99 ten years ago. My grand-dad chugged one from Stalingrad to Vienna, with several detours, and I was too cheap to get one. Now I have to read the obits looking for @Kyle , and keep a shovel ready.
