How? Just how does this happen?

When I worked as an election judge, we had enough ballots for every registered voter, plus some for redos and voting out of district. Even though historically less than 40% voted In any given election.

Running out of ballots is nothing short of fraud, even adding in same day registration.

One would think WI election officials would be suspicious and look into this, but they won't because they got the outcome they were shooting for.

They'll just print up more - after the election, during the counting phase. That's the way they've historically done it, right?
