The people CNN interviewed seemed pretty happy. The reporter was dour and Anderson Cooper didn't seem thrilled, but the Iraqi dudes were throwing a party.

Celebretory gunfire! Isn't that something?

I was watching Sean Hannity (who drove me up a wall with his Republican talking points) and there was someone on there saying "There's no proof" Saddam ordered any executions or anything and :blahblah:

Great thing about being an American is you can say that :patriot:

Since Saddam was such a great person, maybe she should've moved to Iraq! Maybe they'll hang her next to him. :jet:

Apparently I missed the DNC Memo that this trial was unfair and unjust and we shouldn't have allowed him to be executed :shrug:

They're just upset there wasn't years and years and years of appeals where the taxpayers get to write checks made out to lawyers

At 9 pm, MSNBC aired a Special Report that was ju8sst a rebranded documentary. At 12am, they reaired the same friggin episode just to air it again at 1 am?

MSNBC SUCKS :smack:

Did you catch any of the trial? I'm not sure if they videotaped it, but you can catch transcripts by doing a Google search. Pretty nasty stuff.

CNN had a correspondent on the ground in Baghdad, talking about the celebretory gunfire. Anderson Cooper says, "How do you KNOW it was celebratory?" in this skeptical way. The gal says you can tell because they were partying it up and people were gathering, not running away from the gunfire. :lol:
