I am thinking that is the one going in where Nook and Monks was. They have had the "Coming soon" sign up for months. Boy and I were at Linda's Monday and there were people working in there so maybe soon.

K - If I don't recall, the 'old mattingly's' is going to be McKay's foodstore.

The idea did make sense since the building is 43K + sqft. But also SDAT has the property owned by Wm. Davis Const. co.

Oh and the lot is 4+ acres. Davis is a construction co. Just from seeing their local advertising they appear to do 'large' scale projects. so it is not a existing bldg.

Mc Kays food store is going in Leonardtown where the Superfresh used to be. I always thought McKays was more expensive than Food Lion so I'm not sure how that will work out.

I hope it works out for McKay's. They may be more expensive, but it's worth the extra change, so as not to have to deal with the dedicated and friendly employees at Food Dog.
