I was a police dispatcher for almost 10 years and for 10 straight years, I would broadcast a Santa lookout at midnight. (Yes, I worked midnight on Christmas for 10 straight years.) The phone would ring off the hook Christmas Eve with people calling and asking what time the Santa lookout will be broadcasted.
