turned out pretty good, but the potato dumplings were a bust. Formed the potato balls with some flour and egg. Plopped them in the boiling water and they turned to soup.
Luckily I've seen me screw up before so I had some store bought mashed potatos on hand.
Too bad you have to cook for yourself now that BS Gal ran away and joined the circus.
