These little bundles of joy are ready for there new home..I have vaccinated and dewormed them and they are started there house training by using piddle pads by day. I promise if you come to visit you wont be able to leave without one.

Ok I knew it was too good to be true but went ahead and emailed to see what the deal was. And needless to say it's a scam!! They send an email back looked a lot like a form letter almost. But then want you to answer questions to make sure that the puppy is going to the "right" home going on to say the puppy was hand raised by their daughter Diana. They want to know if you have had experience with raising a puppy before, how much time will be spent with the puppy, what area you live in, etc. You send them that info then when they email you back saying yes you are the right home for the puppy!! But then read down they want full names, addresses, phone number, fax number, nearest airport and $250.00 for the puppy to be shipped to your doorstep. The ad says Baltimore and they are actually in Washington State! Of course they want you to Western Union the money to them and then they will ship the puppy to you.

Like I said knew it was too good to be true, but someone had to find out.

I don't know, but once you contact these people they won't leave you alone. First they say you need the puppy, then they insist you have to buy the puppy. Honestly hope not too many people fell for the scam, but worried older people who are looking for a companion will fall for this easily.

Christine, please report that ad to the classifieds admin. There will be a link to the left of the ad where you can do this. That way he can remove the ad so unsuspecting folks don't get taken by this scam.

These same people had birds a few weeks back. They even sent me pictures and when I asked about why their ad said baltimore and they stated they are in somewhere in England, I was told their home is baltimore and they was on a temporary assignment to England. They wanted almost 600 to ship two green parrots and all accessories back to the US and then I asked about the quaratine time and they said there wasn't any. I am sorry, any animal shipped either needs a health certificate and usually is quaratined for a short period to ensure they do not carry any illness back to the USA. I told them forget it. I told them the only way i would get these birds was if they would send via COD for pickyp at the airport. They refused. And Yes the letter sent was some type of form and they mis spelled lot of words, not that my spelling is great, but a well educated person should not misspell the simple words.

Just went to report this ad and it has been pulled from somd.com already. So either someone else reported it or they knew that it was going to happen and pulled the ad. Now is there anyone out there that knows how to report the email to someone, I know they can make up another, but I have to at least try to stop these people from praying on others!

I too answered an ad for a puppy. It was a week or two ago. As said, it looked too good to be true, so I tried. The ad said they were from Laurel, Md. Turned out to be from some other state out west. Same thing, give name, address, ect, then send 250.00. I emailed them back and said I would need more info from them as I have seen too many scams and Ive never heard from them again.

 If you had to give up your pitbull, why'd you ask about this dog?
