Some of his issues could be from being at the shelter...a temperament test is not a 100% accurate test and can change from day to day...it measures how that dog is at that given time - and it could've been extremely stressed from being in that environment.

Poor Pepper... he just needs a little socializing and he'd be a perfect little boy. He's a schnauzer for goodness sakes... schnauzers alert to strange things and noises. It's what they do. I hope a rescue finds him...
