School bus accident in Waldorf

There is a working School Bus (short bus) accident in Lancaster neighborhood. So far one child is being transported for injuries and the rest for checkups.

What the hell is going on? Has everybody just pulled their heads off their shoulders. I've noticed the drivers here the past few days have been a lot more aggressive than normal. This is getting out of hand though.
