Fascists Threaten To Burn Down, Storm Supreme Court, Murder Justices, Government Memo Reveals



Pro-abortion extremists are reportedly threatening to burn down the Supreme Court building and murder justices and the clerks, prompting law enforcement to ready itself for political violence should Roe v. Wade be overturned.

A May 13 Department of Homeland Security (DHS) memo obtained by Axios revealed that government officials are investigating threats to the justices, the clerks, to places of worship, and to abortion clinics.

The memo references threats that came after someone, possibly a clerk, leaked a draft opinion indicating Roe v. Wade will likely be overturned.

These threats “are likely to persist and may increase leading up to and following the issuing of the Court’s official ruling,” the memo said.

Axios reported that the memo attempts to link the pro-life movement to white supremacy, highlighting pro-life violence in the past. But the memo emphasizes that the extremist acts might come from pro-abortion individuals.

Sen. Ed Markey (D-MA) suggested expanding the Supreme Court in a Thursday speech, claiming the court is currently “illegitimate” and “far-right” and could pose a threat to any potential gun control legislation passed by Congress.
At a press conference where he and other Democrats called for action on gun control in the wake of the Uvalde, Texas elementary school shooting, Markey targeted the Supreme Court on top of Republicans, the NRA, and former President Donald Trump. Trump appointed Supreme Court Justices Neil Gorsuch, Amy Coney Barrett, and Brett Kavanaugh.
“We have to take very seriously the threat which an illegitimate, far-right Supreme Court poses to gun safety in our country,” the senator said. “We have to expand the Supreme Court to get back the two stolen seats that the Republicans and Donald Trump took from the American people.”

Pro-Abortion, Anti-Gun Suspect Charged With Trying To Kill Justice Kavanaugh



A man allegedly caught lurking near U.S. Supreme Court Justice Brett Kavanaugh‘s home early Wednesday has been charged with attempted murder of a federal judge, the Department of Justice confirmed to The Daily Wire.

“A criminal complaint was filed today charging Nicholas John Roske, age 26, of Simi Valley, California, for federal charges of attempted murder of a Supreme Court Justice,” FBI Baltimore’s Joy Jiras said on Wednesday afternoon. “Roske is expected to have an initial appearance in U.S. District Court in Greenbelt today at 3:00 p.m. before U.S. Magistrate Judge Timothy J. Sullivan.”

Nicholas John Roske, 26, of Simi Valley, California, was arrested in the Washington suburb of Chevy Case, Maryland early Wednesday, police said. A DOJ affidavit details how Roske allegedly traveled to Kavanaugh’s home armed with weapons and burglary tools with the intent to kill the justice and prevent him from ruling on Second Amendment and abortion cases.

Cruz, Top Republicans Blame Kavanaugh’s ‘Would-Be-Assassin’ On Democrats’ ‘Incendiary Rhetoric On Roe’



“The Biden admin encouraged protests outside of justices’ homes,” Republican Texas Sen. Ted Cruz said Wednesday. “Schumer threatened: ‘You have released the whirlwind & you will pay the price!’ Now a would-be assassin went to the home of a Supreme Court Justice.”

“Biden and the Dems need to stop their irresponsible and incendiary rhetoric on Roe and condemn the violence coming from their supporters,” he added.

The senator’s remarks about Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer refer Schumer’s comments made at a rally in front of the United States Supreme Court where justices were hearing an abortion case (the court ultimately ruled with abortion advocates in June Medical Services v. Russo).

Schumer threatened both Kavanaugh and Gorsuch over potentially ruling against abortion.

“I want to tell you Gorsuch,” Schumer warned, “and I want to tell you Kavanaugh. You have released the whirlwind, and you will pay the price.”

“You won’t know what hit you if you go forward with these awful decisions,” he added.

The threats prompted a rare rebuke from Chief Justice John Roberts, who warned that “threatening statements of this sort from the highest levels of government are not only inappropriate, they are dangerous.”

“An inventory search of the seized suitcase and backpack revealed a black tactical chest rig and tactical knife, a Glock 17 pistol with two magazines and ammunition, paper spray, zip ties, a hammer, screwdriver, nail punch, crow bar, pistol light, duct tape, hiking boots with padding on the outside of the soles, and other items,” the affidavit said.

I would think that by now our impressive and alleged finest Law Enforcement Agency in the world , our FBI would have found who released the leaker.
Especially since they only have to investigate Sotomayor's staff.

It's funny they all blame Trump for inciting an insurrection, but Schumer incited the attempted murder of a SCOTUS and that is fine. Next week it will be forgotten. McConnel should be all over this like stink on sht.

Needless to say, Roske is somewhat unbalanced:

Soon after, the Montgomery County Emergency Communications Center received a call from Mr. Roske, who said he was having suicidal thoughts and had a firearm in his suitcase, according to the affidavit.
He said he had traveled from California to Maryland “to kill a specific United States Supreme Court justice,” the affidavit said.
Officers from the Montgomery County Police Department arrived and found Mr. Roske still on the phone with the communications center.

This is precisely the sort of person likely to act on incitement to violence by the likes of Chuck Schumer.

The New York Post has more, including reaction from the group who published Kavanaugh’s home address:

Nicholas John Roske, 26, told police that he “began thinking about how to give his life purpose and decided that he would kill the Supreme Court Justice after finding the Justice’s Montgomery County address on the Internet,” court documents allege.
Roske said he was angry over the leaked Supreme Court draft opinion expected to overturn Roe v. Wade and the school shooting in Uvalde, Texas that left 19 students and two teachers dead, according to the probable cause affidavit.

Ironically, Roske, who was armed with a Glock handgun and intended to kill Justice Kavanaugh, wanted more stringent (unconstitutional) gun control laws. Who can debate liberal logic?

Photos of Kavanaugh’s house were widely shared by the media after pro-choice activists staged demonstrations outside of his and other conservative justices’ homes to protest the leaked draft opinion, which suggested they intend to scrap the landmark 1973 ruling legalizing abortion.
Some activists shared Kavanaugh’s address online and encouraged protestors to demonstrate outside of his home. The location is also easily accessible from a quick Google search and can be found on modern-day Whitepage websites like Radaris.

The activists who published Kavanaugh’s home address quickly denied any responsibility for the entirely foreseeable attempt on his life:

The group wrote on Twitter Wednesday that it was not to blame for Roske’s alleged plan and said they are “committed to non-violence.”
“Fundamentalists will talk non-stop about how our peaceful protests inspired this, rather than the daily mass-murders in America,” the group wrote on Twitter.

FBI raids home of Nicholas Roske, suspect charged with attempted murder of Brett Kavanaugh



FBI agents raided the California home of Nicholas Roske, who has been charged with trying to kill Supreme Court Justice Brett Kavanaugh.

Federal officials Wednesday night converged on the Roske family’s one-story house in Simi Valley and busted down the front door after obtaining a search warrant.

Neighbors told ABC 7 Eyewitness News that the feds also were canvassing the area and asking questions about Roske.

“They were always nice people so it’s a surprise more than anything,” neighbor Zach Quadri told CBS News of Roske’s family.

The Kavanaugh Assassination Plot is a Leftist Inside Job



After leftist activists had posted a map of the homes of Supreme Court justices to harass them, Jen Psaki had retorted. "I don't have an official U.S. government position on where people protest."

There is in fact such a position and it's illegal under 18 U.S.C. § 1507 which states that anyone with "the intent of interfering with, obstructing, or impeding the administration of justice, or with the intent of influencing any judge, juror, witness” “pickets or parades in or near a building.... or residence, shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than one year, or both."

Biden just decided not to enforce these laws in order to allow his leftist allies to intimidate the justices.

Not one of the leftists who have spent years harassing Supreme Court justices with protests outside the court and even their homes has been sent off to prison. Nor will they. Pounding on the doors of the Supreme Court, marching around the homes of justices, and trying to prevent them from coming to court have become basic parts of the activist playbook.

Even after the Kavanaugh assassination plot, leftists are continuing to protest outside his home.

Kavanaugh neighbor describes ‘horrific' experience dealing with 'aggressive' pro-choice protesters




The neighbor, who spoke to Fox News Digital on condition of anonymity, said that while there had been intermittent protests before, they picked up after the leak of the draft court opinion that would overturn the Roe v Wade abortion ruling.

The neighbor said that it was overwhelmingly people from outside the area who were organizing the protests, not people from the area – and specified how it was both a regular occurrence, and organized.

"They are people who come from out of the area. They have a staging point in a parking lot fairly nearby," the source said.

Protesters typically appear two evenings a week, on Wednesdays and Saturdays, and come in the evening at around 7 p.m. – when many of the local residents are putting their children to bed, a task made difficult when loud protesters are marching up and down the street.

"That's when people are putting their kids to bed, there’s little kids who live on the street. It's a horrific experience," the source said. "It's not great if you have kids of any age, but it's unbelievably stressful and the kids are very upset, the kids have to be sent inside and it’s so loud you can’t put your kids to sleep."

"They picked the exact time and they don't care," they said. "Literally, there's no way on a Wednesday night you can put your kid to bed."
