Yup that's the description I was given by authorities.
Either the fugitive has been fugited or the helo ran out of steam - no more buzzing overhead.

Surprisingly no. I would have given them the “yeah right” look if they had.
Talking around some more I have learned the guy was strung out & passed out in girlfriend’s house who had a warrant against him. Sounds like he woke from his slumber and bolted.
