SECOND HOPE RESCUE will be having a pet adoption day at PETCO in California, MD on Saturday, March 13 from 11am to 3pm. For more information, please call 240-925-0628 or email mary@secondhoperescue.org.

Some of the dogs attending will be:

Bailey, Alex, Princess, Jax & Tinkerbell and Bella!

is shasta a pitbull? Only reason I ask she almost looks like the pitbull that someone dropped off here that I had to have animal control come and pick up as it tried to charge me and bruno when I took her out to pee.

Shasta has been w/ a foster family for about 3 wks now - and she's not in St Mary's County...not the same dog. Shasta is only about 4 months old.
Ryder is still a puppy too - about the same age. Their pics don't do them justice. Ryder is an extremely handsome pup, very cute and playful. I guess they weigh maybe 25-30 lbs, still little.

Does this organization accept donations of dog food? I have about 10 cans of high quality dog food. My dog passed away and I would like to donate the food to someplace that could possibly use it. Does anyone know where I could donate it?
