no he is not... he is a great dog! he has no angulation in the rear. He has a slim head.

I did get to meet him and I will say he will make someone really happy!!! Wish it worked out with us.

He arrived at his new foster home last night and they said in person he's even prettier in person, he's sweet, and appears like he will be easy to train... I can't wait to meet him either!

I'm sorry too, but am so glad we had a back-up foster home just in case! Thanks for checking him out, your assessment helped make us feel more comfortable with our decision.
