Hi all,
I'm after recommendations for rustic grade oak engineered flooring London, for our brand-new kitchen/diner/family room extension. Lots of kids, no pets; not a shoes-off household. Ideally something that doesn't show all the dust-balls and general detritus too much! Needs to be suitable for use over a wet underfloor heating system.
Cost - preferably under £30/sqm (will get our builder to fit it).
Any tips re storing/laying/maintenance are appreciated, plus photos of it in your real-life houses
