Depending on how you write your to-do list, that should either be at the top or the bottom; well, just not lost somewhere in the middle, where it might get overlooked.

If there's a nice car and I get the address then I can say "hey they have nice cars, maybe they have other good stuff." Then 9 times out of 10 they're probably in a neighborhood with similar cars and houses, so the robber could have just said "hey I'll go hit up a nice neighborhood" since it's pretty frickin easy to find them on Zillow.

One way around this is to get a Carfax report on the previous owner. Ha! Fooled them!!

Because not only are the address there, but time stamps as to when you were there or not. They can build a profile of your coming and going.

I may lose sleep over this. As if the guy didn't know who he bought it from.
However, if you are showing it and let someone take a ride, meet them somewhere other than your house. Go with them. They might just be checking out your house. Not gonna worry about that either. I have enough shifty neighbors to keep an eye on. They have been pretty good lately though. They have a bit of respect for us and our next door neighbor. After a few "conversations" with them. Mostly the guy next door scares the crap out of them!
