I can’t find a statement by Whitehouse condemning the attempted assassination of his favorite target Brett Kavanaugh. But Whitehouse’s Twitter feed is filled with invective trying to delegitimize the court:

Ok D's, give a realistic idea on how you'd like to restructure the court? Want to impeach someone, we know you guys like that trick? Want to add justices until you get a majority? That would last about two years and then the R's would add a few more until they have a majority. How about oversight of them, that would do something. Oh I forgot that checks and balances thing. Give it up and wait your turn, balances are always shifting and you'll probably get another shot.
