Had to look him up.
Reads very similar to the US Congressman for the district in which I lived as a child, youth and young man, Silvio O. Conti, though Silvio was a Republican. The entire watershed of the Connecticut River is a national wildlife refuge named in his honor.
Senator Fowler reads like the sort of statesman of a different party with whom Silvio could work for the common good.
