Has anybody tried that new, Sensa program? The stuff you sprinkle on your food and it's supposed to make you eat less. I hear it's because it makes your food taste like crap.

My cousin said she's been on it for 2 months and has lost 24 pounds... (heck if I could tell.) Swears it works. For 80 bucks a pop, this sounds like a huge scam to me. I think she's full of it.

Do you know anyone who has tried it?

My schedule just didn't allow me to get to the gym this week - and I was hatin' it. But I just put on my tennies, went & got one of my neighbors and went for a walk! Of course, in this humidity, we walk in the evening about 7-8pm, but we get it done!
