I need some shareware to make a webpage - anyone have any recommendations? It's been years since I built a webpage, so I need something fairly idiot-proof.

Just a page or a growing site?
A lot depends on where/who you are going to host it with... Yourself or an ISP...
I have several sites I built that are now sitting on godaddy... Almost any ISP will have some 'freeware' you can use to build pages...
One of the easiest methods is to use a Content Management System like Joomla or Wordpress... Free and pretty simple to setup...
If it's a single, simple page, you can always just write the html...

I created a website for my craft stuff through weebly.com. I'm so not an internet tech, but the page creations were pretty much fool-proof. It's all free unless you do upgrades, or want a specific domain name without the weebly logo on it, or just want to pay them to create the whole thing for you.
