Sheet Feed scanners

Okay, I did a search, but the newest threads (all 2 of them) were 2004. I need a home-use scanner (doesn't have to be a printer) that works moderately fast. Trying to clean up years of paperwork that we're not ready to deep 6. Any recommendations? Anyone try the one they advertise on TV?

I did find this, which is a review of the NeatReceipt portable and desktop scanners. I'm really struggling to understand the concept, because I've never seen the actual program in action.
