Sheriffs system putting out false 911 alerts yesterday?

So my brother had one about 1030, claims to have had one earlier but I cant testify to that. But the one at 1030 I have on my Euphy camera. State police came to the door saying they had a 911 from the residence. No landline so it would have been to his cell. Said they looked at his phone to verify he hadn't called 911 and wished him a good night.

Anyone else hear anything about this?

I've had that happen twice, officers showed up at the door for a 911 call which they claimed came from my landline. In both cases, it was immediately after a power hit and power was restored.
