rarely do I recommend any business, place or thing, because inevitably, as soon as I do, something happens to that business....

TODAY WE WENT TO THURSDAYS BAR/GRILL near Chesapeake Beach. ( 260 across from Sneades, near Mt. Harmony Rd.) Clean environment, great food, excellent service at a great price!!!!! Broiled crabcake, corn on the cob, cole slaw, OUTSTANDING.

The server was very funny and efficient.


Okay, go back to regular stuff, politics, DWI's, raging ferals....

Thursday's was good when it was in North Beach. I don't know how well it does where it is now (although it's been there several years) because it doesn't get the traffic from the beach, something the owner welcomed which some of the current restaurants and businesses in Town don't.

Thursday's is great. We go there often when I stay at my sister's in Owings. It's spacious and has all you need - bar, multiple TVs, Keno, high tops near bar, etc. I can't share your crab cake review as mine seemed to be made on the fly and just broke apart (it was to go) but all else I've had there is good and bartenders and servers are good.

I often think about what job posting looked like for the position of crotch sniffer at lume. If they don’t have a person sniffing people’s junk how can they truthfully say it works as well as they say it does.

I think that there's only the one, and she makes the commercials also. So anytime you want to make fun of her remember what she had to put up with earlier in the day and cut her some slack

Concur. We go there Friday evenings for dinner a couple of times a month. Good food and service. The bar is usually crowded, but the restaurant side has most always open tables. Bonus, I can stock up for the weekend at the liquor store at the other end of the building after I'm done eating.
