Ship out of water business

Can anyone point me the way to a place where a ship that's out of the water that has been converted into a place of business (i.e. restaurant) ?

I just need to do a photo shoot thing. I recall there's one in eastern shore off Rt 13 and another one off Rt 50 on Choptank river.

There is a boat converted into a restaurant over in the Dumfries/Woodbridge area. I cannot remember the name of it. It is still in the water though.

There's a riverboat in Mississippi that's now a casino!

The only thing that I know like that is in Philly, and it's not out of the water, but it hasn't sailed in MANY years. It's beautiful though.

Try Sams Boat. I believe it is in Delaware or PA line. Old shrimp boat converted into a cafe, I ate there about 5 years ago. Also, there is a Navy base in NJ (can't remember station) that has a ship on shore for 'visual' appeal. Hope this helps.........
