Some of you, who follow me on facebook, know that I make dolls. They are fabric or crochet, which ever fits my schedule, but they are always a hit at craft shows.

When I learned that about half the injured sent to the hospital after the shooting at the KC Parade were children.... I got really angry.

Why do we allow kids to get shot????

Everyone is all up in arms about killing babies in the womb only to shoot them in school or at parades or while they play or when they go with their parents to the store.

What is wrong with humanity these days???? Kids shouldn't be getting shot!!!!

What did those kids do to deserve getting shot at?????

So, I have decided to add a label to my dolls... and I hope other crafters will pick up the lead.... and I have decided to call my dolls "SHOK" dolls.

SHOK = Stop Hurting Our Kids....

It's a fairly silent protest, but it's the best an old woman can do right now.

Please, crafters... spread the acronym.... SHOK

I didn't say the protesters were shooting kids. Or at least that isn't what I meant.

Just seems the people protesting abortion should also be protesting hurting kids.

Someone has to stand up for kids. ALL kids.... not just embryos.... ALL kids.

People don't even seem to be saying "poor babies" before they just go on with life... forgetting what this will do to the kids and future generations.

The ones BOYCOTTING the killing of babies in the womb....are the SAME ones doing the killing at schools, concerts, parades, etc...

When the TRUTH of the matter is....those killing babies in the womb....ARE THE SAME ONES KILLING OUR CHILDREN IN SCHOOLS, CONCERTS, PARADES, ETC!!!!....and looking at your few political comments, one can only assume that you support the Political Party that supports all of this death & destruction

Why do you keep supporting the Party that's responsible for all of this killing?

I find it hard to believe that people are buying children in that age group for sex, but if it is true, the rapist child molester should be euthanized and the person doing the selling whether parent or kidnapper should be executed also. These people should be removed from the planet. Cremate their bodies and flush their ashes in the nearest toilet.

Think about that, If you are attacked by a large person who is physically fit, what chance do you have?
Knife, fists, clubs, females the larger person has the advantage.

The gun is a great equalizer. And people of all races and genders can own them.
If you are old ,crippled ,female , small, weak you can protect yourself, and if you are not as well qualified to fire that weapon it is no one's fault but your own. Have a gun and know how to use it well.
According to the 2nd Amendment you right to own a gun should not be restricted in any way including your right to carry it.
The people who want to take that right from you are literally and actually in league with the criminals that would attack you.
