Well, here of course.

Preliminary investigation determined that this incident was not a random act. The incident stems from an ongoing dispute between two known rival groups of youth offenders.

Doing a case search, not much other than his Mom had a continuing support battle with his Dad for most of his life.

Looks like he sued dad for a paternity test not too long ago.

There was a "unfounded" shooting report an hour later on Flower. A connection?

Yes, and no. No, because it's summer, and this is what happens. Yes, because it's a bit removed from their normal hood and not something thugs would go out of their way to attend, unless they already had ulterior motives and a reason to be there.

I'd say I called it, but this one was pretty easy to see coming.
