Im looking for a place to shoot my .22LR bolt action Basically to have fun target shooting
does anyone know of a place where i can just shoot without joining some sort of club to do it

i will..im a novice shooter but know all about gun safty.. would love to just go to some place with a natural backing ..i would take care of the cans and such ..or even find other novice shooters to shoot with that would be great too

Only place I know of and have been to is Myrtle Grove. They have 8 lanes to shoot up to 100 yards.

Its an annual $20 fee paid wherever you buy fishing and hunting licenses.

I went on a Saturday and it wasn't too bad until later in the afternoon. Sundays and Mondays they dont open until 1.
