An unknown gunman fired several shots into the Bearden, Tenn., Bush-Cheney campaign office Tuesday. According to Knoxville police officers on the scene, it is believed that the two separate shots were fired from a car sometime between 6:30 a.m. and 7:15 a.m. One shot shattered the glass in one front door and the other cracked the glass in another of the front doors.

And in West Virginia...

Supporters of President Bush had gathered at the 4th Avenue headquarters Thursday night to watch the president accept his party's nomination. About two minutes into the speech, someone fired a shot through the front window of the building.

Eyewitnesses told 13 News they heard a loud bang but weren't sure what had happened. One woman said she found pieces of glass on her neck and shoulders. The bullet hole pierced a sign that said marriage is between "One Man, One Woman."

"This is pretty low and shows how desperate the Democratic Party is."

Its a conspiracy I tell ya...

You see, since the Republicans need to lie more to get their shrub reelected...they stage these incidents. We all know it is the country red-necks who own guns right? What Saab driving, tweed wearing, Moore supporting, X-generation, activist would dare to shoot a gun (or even know how to use it?)
We all know they are the champions of free speech and toleration...there is no way they would do this...it has to be a revival of the Right Wing Conspiracy!

Not dead yet.
They pull "Krystalnacht(sp?)" stuff like this and then refer to conservatives as brownshirt Nazis? 'scuse me, but your hypocrisy is showing, my liberal friends.

These are probably the same "Earth First" and "ELF" nuts that burn down car dealerships and laboratories.

I'm sure that when Bush wins the election, there'll be violence, and somehow, the Republicans will get blamed for it. They'll be accused of duping the people, rigging the election, not policing the streets well enough and so on - and the one group that won't get blamed will be the perpetrators of the violence.
