This is why I never get DoorDash or Walmart delivery or Uber or Instacart or any of that - the drivers are many times unvetted scumbags who typically don't speak English and are in the country illegally or are convicted criminals. There are a handful of drivers who are decent Americans just trying to make some money, but they don't let you pick and choose your driver - you get what you get. So that's a hard pass.
There's an ambulance chaser tort commercial - "Have you been raped by your Uber driver? You may be entitled to compensation!" - so apparently that's a real thing that happens often enough that some law firm wants to cash in on it.
