Shout out to J2 Defense

Just wanted to say something nice about a local Calvert Co business — J2 Defense. Very nice full profile gun shop, stocked really well for their size, with nice selection of firearms and ammo.

What really sets them apart is the customer service — they are an absolute pleasure to visit and do business with!!! Head above the rest.

Because of their customer service they are getting more and more of my money.

Honestly, even if you can find something for cheaper on the internet, after you factor in shipping, transfer, etc, it will be very very close to their price. And even if I have to pay a small premium for the pleasant experience at J2, it’s worth it.
I am in no way affiliated with J2, related to, or even friends with the staff of J2, they just really deserve a shout-out !

they are located in that industrial office cluster on 231 , after Hallowing Point Park (if you are going towards the river from PF).

Doesn’t look like much from outside, I honestly expected a dude in an empty office charging $75 for shady transfers, and was extremely pleasantly surprised

Funny, I was just at Accurate Arms last Friday — also a very nice place, nice gentleman behind the counter, and they do seem to stock more ammo than J2. It’s just 30 mins further from me than J2.

And J2 offers a lot of classes, for both myself and wife
