Replacing the hideous almond laminate doored double vanity with blue counter-top in the basement full bath. Son and I swapped out the toilet a week or so ago (See review of Sani-Seal toilet gasket, kicks a wax rings azz). Anyway, the old compression rings on the supply lines were not in good shape. Sent lovely wife down to RH to get some new ones. Took here forever, but she had them when she came back.
Turned out they didnt have them in stock, but what they did do was take four supply valves off the shelf and cannibalize them to get her the four rings. Way to go, that's customer service. Todays challenge? Damn supply lines in the replacement vanity faucets are too short. So it's off to figure out extensions, since they are part and parcel of the faucets......
