My two year old has a cough that makes her sound like she is trying to cough up a small cat. Nose running and the sadest face in the world. Breaking dads heart here.

There was a child last night that did nothing but cough and cough, and even told her mom she didn't feel good. Do you think mom took her home? NOPE! They stayed, and hung out with the child coughing all over everyone. I hope she feels ok today to enjoy her santa presents. I also hope that my son and I don't get whatever it is she has.

Ran into woman in Target, Waldorf, with a little girl that was on her last leg waiting for meds. Poor thing lifted her head up and said Merry Christmas to me even though she was looking like death warmed over. Mom said urgent care was filled with kids that had strep and coughs and the like. Bummer for the kiddies who felt like crap Christmas morn. Hope they all get better soon. Mine barely manged this morning but got enough "wows" and "pretties" and "thats funnies" to make for good cam cording.

At least she was able to enjoy her self. My little one was starting to feel bad this morning too. She was able to open presents but then wanted to just curl up and watch TV.

For a while there it my kids got sick every Christmas. Both were ok this year.
