Just saw on the news that this couple couldn't afford the vet bills for their cat. It had a UTI. So they put it in a cage and threw it in the water.
WTF is wrong with people? They have both been charged with animal cruelty
I got a call before I left on travel from a family I've known and told me they were going to drop their cat off at Elms Beach. I picked up Dreamsicle a few days later and kept him for a few days till CAWL could pick him up. He was a love, but I was full so I couldn't keep him. They donated $100 to Second Hope and I no longer have contact with them.
People suck!

So stupid! The cage probably cost more then the pills did for the UTI, my fat kitty had a UTI when I first got her and it was next to nothing to take care of.Just saw on the news that this couple couldn't afford the vet bills for their cat. I currently have the same problem as the cat and if my doctors office doesn't open soon, I may put MYSELF in a cage and have someone throw me in the water....TORTURE

Can I have the cage when your done with it?
I'll put a rope on it so we can pull it back it once the fish and turtles are done with the body.
