Union files grievance over Ponson
NEW YORK (AP) — The baseball players' association filed a grievance Thursday claiming the Baltimore Orioles improperly terminated the contract of pitcher Sidney Ponson.

No, he doesn't. It's a last gasp effort by him to resurrect his failed major league career and to place the blame for his self-destructive behavior on someone else. I hope they throw the case out.
