That fine, fine example of citizenship, Tyree Nichols was killed by 5 POC Police thugs in Memphis.

Not DC, not Murlin.

The DC Police and City officials told potential protestors, HERE, they can savage the city with human rights riots as long as they don't break the law...... or something...

In the last 20 years the only time I go in to D.C. is when I visit someone who has been sent to a hospital there. WHC or Georgetown mainly. It seems St. Mary's sends a lot of patients there.
Probably as good or better as to have to visit someone in Baltimore. Another dangerous city.

Watch number 2 here. This is five large guys just beating a man to death. He's not fighting, he's barely aware of what's going on. The only reason hes not in cuffs is so they can spin "he was still fighting us" stories. Two of them held him in just the right position so he could kick him in the face. Looks more like a friken cell block beatdown than anything like an arrest. Then then let him up for baton guy to take some shots.

This was murder, IMO.

Just saw part of the video.

Would be interested to know how many years these police officers have been on the force.

Our police officers know they are now under microscopes. I can't believe they would act this way without reason.

That's always my first thought, but then I remember that people who do stuff like this aren't the sharpest bulbs in the pack and their impulse control is nonexistent.

Memphis is a shithole so if the local talent burn it to the ground, good. They can start over.

At the 4:30 mark on the 2nd video there are 7 police officers visible. I wonder what the status is of the other 2 that were on the scene.

Could be even black cops are fed up dealing with their own kind. Something caused them to snap, or its hard to find descent cops.

At some point in time PO's are going to have to realize that everyone has a camera these days. Their every action is likely to be used against them.

It's a rough job and I wouldn't want it, but many cops do get the idea that they are the law and not that they are to obey the law themselves.

These guys were wearing cameras and still didn't give a damn. Something caused this to happen.

The thing that caused this to happen is five roid raging over testosteroned men feeding off each other at the outrage of someone not immediately submitting. No matter that he really counldn't. We've seen this before where different cops are barking orders the subject simply cannot comply with. "PUT YOUR HANDS BEHIND YOUR BACK!!!! while both of his hands are under the control of two different officers. And that officers is enraged because the subject didnt comply and starts a spraying.

Combine that with the sheer human reaction to flee when being beaten.

This gets my vote. With all the belittling and outright targeting of police officers by Democrats including the freaking President of the United States, you'd have to be some kind of low life moron loser to want to be a cop in a Democrat-run hellscape. So that's who they'll get - low life loser morons.

Cities that respect their police officers aren't having a problem attracting talent.

When I hired on with the USPS, had to take an entrance exam and score high. Now they hire employees off the street.

I imagine, with people running from a law enforcement career, they are also hiring right off the street.

They lower the Standards, they give preference to people who live in the city. Which really means preference to blacks, When blacks are brought up on charges for violations of the rules it is ignored and tossed out. Then they wonder what happened.

There are people both black and white who cannot handle authority, give them some and they don't know how or when to use it. We see it in the Police department and we see it in the Health Department which ran wild during Covid. We see it in every job, People with ten cents worth of authority who let it go to their heads. We see it a lot in people who make regulations.
I don't know what the scientific of Psychological name for it is. I call them Pricks.
