UFB...anyone who can do that to an animal (or person) should rot in hell. Breaks my heart looking at that picture. Hope she gets what she deserves!!

am I reading this wrong? Did they say that they had reports of abuse prior to finding the dog in this state? Why didnt they do anything before the poor dog had gotten that far into its state of starvation?

there were complaints before, and there was action taken at one time, but it appears that either there wasn't enough followup or the punishment wasn't severe enough.

Hopefully she'll get what she deserves.

I'm hoping that everyone reading this will sign the petition.

I think people who abuse animals should die the way their victims do! I feel that way about humans being abused and murdered too! Even the Bible says an eye for an eye!
