I have tried several times to make the screen, but when it comes time to rinse of the emulsion to get lettering to show through it always messes up. What is the trick to do it. First i rinsed it in the since , then i did the hose like they said to. I dont put a lot of pressure on it I get to the point where it looks ok then BAM the lettering starts to fall apart.:cds:

Screens dry

Once you coat the screens you must allow the emulsion to dry in a dark room, Then burn your screen with a light source, then rinse. I have been doing it for 20 years. If you need help with shirts.. let me know

I need lots of help...lol! We followed the directions to the "T" and when it comes to rinsing it off too much emulsion comes. Some of the letters gets messed up. Hubby thinks its the type ( brand) of emulsion we are using.
